Schleicher Ka2B
BGA 3425. Manufactured in 1964. The Ka2 was the first training aircraft designed for Alexander Schleicher by Rudolf Kaiser. The Ka2B is a further development of the Ka2 which was a very successful training aircraft, particularly in Germany, where it held a number of height-gain records. Our aircraft was imported from Switzerland in 1989 and has flown at Sackville since. This glider is our main training & check aircraft and is also used for cross country training. It is a delight to fly. 		Ka2B
